In other words, if you knew nothing about tropical plants, and what glorious flowers could grow in a tropical climate then you want to visit the Philippines just to discover more of its hidden treasures. Maybe you live in the tropics then you might be inspired by some of the examples and designs. As a result you will get lots of wonderful ideas for your own garden. Otherwise it is nice to have it just for the beautiful photos. Overall for those who like tropical plants it might make you want to retire to the tropics.. Not to mention some of the gardens shown in the book are really spectacular. Thus it’s great to give away as gift.
